So I recently quit smoking

would just like to let everyone know im still going strong haha.

only had a couple of times where ive needed one but apart from that i dont think ill ever touch them again

I've tried to quit several times, but it's really difficult for me, I'm been smoking for a few years now, and I believe it's stress related. I have tried the patches, and cold turkey but neither have worked for me.

the hardest thing is deciding when its time to quit.

i was smoking for about 10 years and took atleast 40 attempts till i managed to quit

I quit back in August. Quit before cold turkey but this time with a switch to vape.

Try with a vape, worked for me.

Wtg I've quit on and off. It's to the point where I think i.smoke.just to have something to do. I want to quit just cause it's a nasty habit.

Damn, that's pretty impressive. I'm not a smoker myself but I know it can be really hard to stop smoking.

Try with a vape, worked for me.

Vape doesn't work, it just makes me crave an actual cigarette more.
