Some advice on building a new PC mainly focused for VR

So I want to build a new PC specifically to get into VR and these are the specs I'm going for

Processor: I9-9900K

GPU: RTX 2080 Super

Motherboard: ASUS TUF Z390- PLUS GAMING

RAM : 2x 8 GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 (3000 MHZ)

VR: Valve Index Set

Question is what FPS will I get on HLA at ultra settings with this and will it be stable? Also at what HZ do people play at?
