[Sony Z3] What is wrong with it's glass?

Heyooo Everyone

I bought a Sony Z3 phone it's great for gaming and also it has a very good batterylife!

But it hasn't been 2 weeks since I bought it and Got the facing and the rear glass both shuttered ! is it normal?

I used to use Samsung note series and I had no problems with it even when it falls:(

You can make a screen copy of your concern, I am also a Samsung user and I do not understand your mistake.

had the phone before being a sony erisson fan but never again. the phone literally died on me.
