Spectrum for IP.Suite 4.x

Not sure if it's just me, but I can't get this to work right. Getting error 500. I can confirm this does not work.

EDIT: Is only for ips 4.0, no way to work with 4.1 you will get error 500...

Umm this theme would be a good gaming theme.
I never saw this theme on IpsFocus website, but features seems to be nice.
The changing background is impressive, never thought that was possible.
