Spigot/Bukkit Server

Sup. I started making a Spigot 1.15.1 server recently. I added Multiverse plugin since I want to use several worlds. I added DiscordSRV and I wanted to make a per-world chat which I can connect to my discord page... Anyway, DiscordSRV's devs suggested me to use VentureChat ... I downloaded the plugin, added it to my Plugins folder, restarted the server several times, but the plugin will not make any VentureChat folder with a config file... Any idea why?

Check if the plugin version is 1.15.1 and that it is for spigot, if it isn't then theres the error. If its for 1.15.1 then ask the plugin developer.
