Spigot Server 1.12.2 (Latest Build)

Hi, I'm here to give you the latest build of Spigot, without to have to get it with Buildtools (Wich is sometimes long...).

BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD FILES...

Are you trying to upload files to a server you bought online if so you got to use filezillaor if its a little bit of a better site you can download them from their site and you just got to change them.

Please don't let people give you the jar file, compile it yourself so you know it hasnt been tampered with
