Spigot or Paper spigot

What is the best spigot - Paperspigot or only spigot for a mc online servers 400+ players?

i think papier is optimal becouse a loot of servers using it

i set up a server on Spiggot and switched to paper spiggot later.
its much more effecient on your hardware !

Paper spigot is better, if someone has to use it, it's just this.

I love the servers on Minecraft, especially the PVP servers, they are the best

Use PaperSpigot because it Edited And Not Creating More Lag On Your Server

In a server setup is more good spigot
But if you do BungeeCord is more good to use Paper

Paper spigot all the way my dudes. Spigot is for nerds. Paper spigot is for men.

Spigot is better than PaperSpigot. I use both Spigot is better

I use spigot and I think it's the best guys , or just test paper spigot and spigot and you will see

I am not sure about the difference, could someone elaborate on the benefits?
