vr is just for fun not a sport. If u want to do sport just start with simple things, like running ,playing football with friends, family and stuff like that,

Try gym climbing. I got in to climbing a long time ago and it's such a great sport. It's also a very friendly community of people

Swimming. If u dont like contact and sweat, this is a perfect sport for u. And its healty too
