Sre u ready for the new cod?

COD1 had a lack of any kind of "netcode", it wasn't even using Quake 3's synchronization. If you weren't playing on a server with super tight ping, you were aiming half a second ahead of where you saw guys in order to hit where they actually were. United Offensive somehow made it even worse and the gap between what the client saw and server saw being even wider.
COD2 had an initial version of an anti-lag synchronization system of their own design, per-client rollback so that everyone could actually fucking shoot at what they saw, but a lot of retards on PC spread some lies about how it worked that led to a lot of server owners to disable anti-lag and bring us back to the dark ages of COD1's massive disconnects. Shit was unbearably aggravating when trying to scrim with other teams on their server with that shit disabled.

It wasn't until COD4 that the anti-lag was refined and made always-on (some servers still tried to force it off), with it being perfected in MW2.

Did anyone in here already played the weekend beta of it? I heard its looking good but so heavy if you get what I mean, not like mw2 or mw

Last cod that was good was cod2 imo

Believe it or not, I've actually never seriously played Call of Duty before. I've played some matches, but I've never actually sat down and played the entire game.
