Staff Online - like NBB

I would really like to know how NBB and RF made the staff online float to the right, I want something similar for my forum.

its custom made. i guess you want it to show avatar!
if yeah then its paid!
its plugin by beardy edited to make it show the avatars rather than the names
would take 2-3 mins to make
