Starting a mc server in 2019

Is this a good idea or is the mc server market saturated? There used to be a lot of money to make from it back in the days but now idk

Server market has been quite saturated for a couple years now. It's not impossible if you have a good server with a unique idea, but don't expect to grow quickly.

Also, if you're looking to make money from it I would not advise it. At that point you're making a server for the wrong reasons and it will be far more difficult to create a successful server, especially considering the blockages to payments the EULA has now. Prior to the EULA, I made a decent amount of money for a short while, but afterwards it became difficult to even have enough to pay the server bill each month. Be prepared to pay the server bill out of pocket quite often, but don't let that discourage you from starting a server. It's incredibly fun to do, but also frustrating.

I believe that now opening a minecraft server today is a difficult task ... you should really do something unique and then get yourself a bit of a sponsor

If you have players to play your server and pay your service such as memberships, it can be good to open Minecraft server. Otherwise it can be difficult to manage it.

I think it's so hard to open server in 2019 it's huge task beaucse if you don't know to develop it's pointless

If you want you can, at the start you will have to invest from your own money but if you have a good idea and develop it slowly and well you can make a great server, lean from other big servers and apply that knowledge to your server.

You have to have something that sets you apart, now there are many hosts that give you a free domain just like the host and so it saturates. Having a little money to do something better than others can get you right
