Personally ive seen a lot of servers that literally have their owners and admins in the pockets of the VIP/donators. Do your best to be able to tell apart the difference between pay to win and pay for a different experience.

don't add too many addons and make sure that the server doesn't lag too much hate servers which lag. Also don't put cars just a waste of space and decreases fps

im almost finished my darkrp server so yeah server been up less than a week

Addons you could use:
fire system
bus driver mod
fun transport
vcmod which comes with a car dealer
TDM cars
ATM mod (Enterprise)

You want to build your economy around how people make money so based on the amount of money printers make and how long you want for people to play before they should have access to certain items
