Starting up a new hub. Need some staffs / suggestions.

What makes up a good server?
We currently have:
Bedwars,
Survival (quests and such included)
Skyblock (pretty dope)
and soon Factions.

I just have no staff team or builders. Anyone want to help?

I was a former staff at Loopitech which was a mindcrack ftb server. If you need addition to your team, feel free to hmu. Also, faction is really recommended hope you can make that fast.
