I've been looking it Litecoin/Bitcoin mining, I've got a 3000$ budget for a rig, What parts should I get?

I wouldn't mine Bitcoin right now. Ethereum is the way to go

I wouldn't recommend it since there is a lot of competition and in order to even break even you need to have some good starting cash.
