Steam What is the best City-Builder games?

I am extremely bored and I wondered what are the best City-Builder games or any games like those?

Sim city 2013 should be the one and it's my favourite and maybe you should consider the latest cities XL (I'm not sure, it's been a long time since i play cities XL)
