Hello,
This is my first topic in this forum so far I am liking the community very much :-)

Currently I am tasked with creating a large scale File Sharing / File Hosting with the single goal of increasing bandwidth usage.

My hardware is a fewDL360 G8 1 Unit HP Servers in 8xSFF and 8xLFF form factor with 10Gbps uplinks.

So far I think I should go with one of the following scripts: YetiShare or xfilesharing
Can you guys point me to some pros or cons of the two scripts or if another alternative might be available?

Also my main concern is I/O shortage and Storage solution,, Should I stick to P420 Hardware RAID 5/50 Logical Drivesand mount it classically in my OS / ESXI VM?
With how much bandwidth am I likely tostart to get I/O bottlenecks with SAS 10K disks in a RAID 5 or 50 arrays?

Also have anybody tried a CEPH storage cluster for this purpose? Will I get an I/O boost with 3 or more servers each with 5~6 JBOD OSDscompared to the classic way?

P.S: I can also have 10Gbps interconnections between my servers
