I wish I ciould suggest you a design but my design antics are very sub par. So i can't.

I advise you to use the Divi theme, it works very well with many types of websites

If you dont have much experience with web development i would recommend you to go download a CMS like Wordpress, Joomla or similiar to get familiar with and download a theme(template) on one of the many free theme forums around the web
