Suggestion please AMD vs Intel build for 1080p streaming

i just wanted to build new gaming pc since my old one can not handle COD.

But lately AMD cpu is become more powerful, also cheaper.
I wanted to play and stream COD on 1080p, graphic settings maxed out.

Can anyone recommend build for me? my old build was i7-3770k.

All depends on price really.

If you have no budget click the most expensive options.

If you want the not so expensive but best build clcik the seocnd most expensive.

From my experience, i7 16GB minimum memory, ANY reliable name motherboard really, Asus, Gbyte, MSI et al, GPU Im a big fan of the 57++XT for price to performance, but you could also go 2070 Super, M2 PCi SSD Samsung evo for speed western digital for price to performance).

You could swap the i7 for a ryzen 5 3600 - you could also go Ryzen 7 for the extra cores, but again 16GB minimum

Beyond any of this is controlled by budget.
