Flight is a really bad idea without invulnerability. Same goes for running fast, being invisible, controlling fire, having claws in your hands, or having super strength.I don't want to hear everyones thoughts, or stick to walls. So, I guess, invulnerability

To be able to be invisible or not whenever I want, I could make my way into a bank and rob it or anywhere tbh.

X-ray vision could come in hand :D haha Joke, I probs would want to have telekinesis and move objects with my mind.

Either flying or cloak so I could really piss people off that would be hilarious to see.

It would be really awesome to have the ability to regenerate from anything like Deadpool.
