Survival or Creative

Just wondering in single player do y'all actually use survival mod or sandbox?

it's not fun if you don't play in survival in my opinion

It's all a sandbox when it comes down to it. But I like both - sometimes I'm feeling like some old-fashioned survival (usually with friends on a private server) and sometimes I'm up for some creative building (WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, BxB, etc). Sometimes I even create my own world generators just for some creative inspiration.

I used to play with mods because it was just so much more advanced and enhanced. The creatures, the dungeons and the adventures you could explore, simply amazing!.

I used to play modded a lot too, but the load times and crashes just weren't worth it for me anymore. I've moved on to serverside mods which don't really affect loading times and if done right are much more stable. You can get pretty close to modded with custom plugins, server software, and textureresource packs.

Which servers do you currently play then?

Defenitely Survival, there is no fun in creative in long term gaming. Creative gets boring very fast so..
