I have a used laptop (surface pro 3) with not enough storage to run a full node + lightning node. I used to run a full node out of an external HDD. It turns out not a good idea because the HDD keeps shutting down. Is there a cost effective way I can use my laptop to fun a full node? I'm thinking about buying a SSD but I'm open to other suggestions.
