Tabbed Menu With 1.8 Doesn't Work Help

I am not talking about Compatibility, I already changed that for 1.8X

But it doesn't work, When you click on The Tab, It doesn't change anything

I remember doing something with javascript long ago, Maybe include a file or a similar thing
