it looks like a taxi where you can change its name
so can i change the taxi's name to "sex mobile 69 XD" or is it something different

You set the positions of the taxis that you can teleport to. People walk up to it and press e then a gui comes up and they can select a spot to go to.
and yes you can change the name to say that
