The Competitive Ladder is broken and needs to be fixed

Today, I played a few rounds of Competitive deathmatch, and won a game. For winning, I gained 4 sr, but after losing the next game, I lost 32 sr. I know that Blizzard doesn't take Competitive as seriously as we would like them to, but I needed to vent about this issue.
