The Last Jedi thoughts?

I thought it wasn't cohesive with episode 7 at all, and in general just poor writing.

They definitely could have done better, but the movie was great, especially the visual effects.

I wish the fighting scens were better and also would of liked it to be shorter it felt like it was dragged on

The plot is stupid and is full of moments where my friends and I looked at each other and said "wait, what?"

The film was kind of lame, then ending was somewhat better than i expected

My own thoughts on the subject are that I am glad they have continued with the saga but changing directors really pulled away from the story. Truth be told, a lot of "suggestions" were from people like Kathleen Kennedy so maybe we should be looking at those people for answers to some of our concerns but for me, I found it too "out there". It just didn't feel the same and felt rushed. I am, and always will be a STAR WARS fan but I do feel let down but this latest release. Hopefully the conclusion will redeem the franchise and wrap it up in a nice little bow that we can enjoy. I guess we will find out soon enough.

It's so subjective and impossible to please everyone. It's good "enough" you know? Like I hate the "Star wars 4, 5, 6 were the best movies of all time".

Especially the part about milking the wallrus. WTF is that??

Visually the movie is beautiful, storywise I think it made no sense. Star Wars feels like it doesn't have a concrete direction right now.

Did not really like it, something seems missing compared to the older ones, maybe its the acting and plot. The "greenies" seem weak and does not seem like a fight worth watching.
