I tried so many times to get into the second game, but the clunky combat was just too painful. I might try 3 at some point. I just have no motivation to do it

EDIT: sorry, I forgot to mention that the games made me lose any motivation to check the series out

A jumbled, incoherent and confusing mess of a show. We're dropped into the middle of a story with no context, back story or explanation of plot. The story randomly jumps timelines without warning and 5 episodes in I still have no clue who anyone is, what they're doing or why I should care. I was hoping to like it but as others have said it's basically a boring version of Xena with shiny Netflix production.

I liked it, The cast was my favorite part, I honestly loved they choose Henry Cavill as Geralt, I think it has a lot of potential, but let's see what they end up doing with it.

Henry Cavill is quite a good match for the roleIMO. Helps that's he's an avid gamer himself :p
Funny how he now "represents" the PC master race xD

I guess the setting is nice. Season 1 was ok, we will see how it'll develop.
