so i heard about the new akali changes, is that true ? they said that Q will no longer heal akali and the shroud won't prevent the tower shots

Yes it's true, so you have one more ban open in champ select.
Jax, Camille and Nasus are still a must ban in SoloQ imo. Irelia is not as threating as before aswell, might still be worth a ban tho.
