pancreas is so sad, the ending twist completely caught me off guard

My first Romance anime I watched is dusk maiden of amnesia, ending of it really made me cry, I don't wanna tell u all why cuz it's pretty underrated anime so some of u will watch it for the first time after this post

neon genesis evangelion changed me as a person
