The best role to rank up?

Probabily jungle, cause u can carry ur team and do the calls, learn how to invade the enemy jungle and u just gonna be goddly

Probably jungle in lower elos. You can gank lanes and try to get your team ahead.

Support is the best way to rank up on my opinion. You just need to know how engage, how to wards, and how to maximize the first support item you bought.

Jungler, you can help all lane. Early game is the most important part of the game, and the jungler is essential

The best role is Top,is for beginners, has some good champions too

I don't think EUW is all that bad, you get the occasional bumhole but they usually have a reason for flames.
My personal recommendation is jungler or an ADC/AP. A role that can carry a game by itself as long as you make the most use of it.
