The best way to create a packaging

Hello everyone! I was wondering if you could recommend a company specializing in different types of packaging. I'd be happy if you could help somehow.

if it was me, id just design the packaging in illustrator and send off to a manu. could ask the manu for a pdf template of dimensions and design within the parameters
