Because of my stupidity, I spent a lot of money on games during the summer sale in Steam, but as it turned out, my computer does not pull them, or rather, a video card that I can not replace. Such a tragic story happened to me.
Does it make sense to buy a new, more powerful laptop, or just buy a pc?

Depends on your needs.
Do you need it portable? If so I suggest getting a more powerful laptop or you could even get one of those mini pc's that pack a lot of power.

I got ARK, goes for 60 bucks, can't really play it Tongue, hate branding with laptops, it's always, one single piece breaks, and all the company does is send you ads...

nowadays u can get relly good gaming laptops, but a good gaming laptop costs like 500-800 bucks more than a gaming Desktop and they are not really mobile either bcs the lag of Battery Life and weight.

there just handy if you want to chill in a friends home and play games with him RIP Lan Partys xD

Just buying a PC makes more sense. With a laptop you get less value in expense of portability, plus with the PC, you could always upgrade it instead of straightbuying a new one and just allows more customization overall. But if that portability just really comes in handy for you, go for the laptop despitegetting less value on the long run.
