Which TV show do you think has a more accurate representation of the workplace and its dynamics - The Office or The Big Bang Theory?

I was never a fan of the office, I don’t think it’s bad just couldn’t get on board so my answer is easy.

In terms of the more realistic workspace dynamic, then the big bang theory, but the show doesn't really centre around the workspace that much like the office does. But in terms of which I enjoy more, then definitely the office.

The Office’s depiction of a workplace might not be as realistic as the depiction in TBBT but I wouldn’t value “realism” anyways. The Office‘s exaggerated depiction leads to a much more interesting and intriguing perspective on work in modern society.
