weather, mainly. I feel bad when its rainy and cold. Apart from that i dunno lol

Not eating for me if I don't eat on a morning it knocks my day and puts me in a mood so I always make sure I eat first

Getting assigned a huge project the day after any holiday leave from school, It's the worst way to get back to classes.
