Okay so I like the design over all man. Nice job. Maybe work on better fonts and colors though.
Mostly fonts, use something more cleaner for the copyright at the bottom. And don't have it so big.

Very nice start into thread designing. Ill be looking forward to seeing more of your work in the future.

Im currently working on something that will help my fellow graphic designers, design in a more easier/elusive way. maybe when I release the materials you will be a more inclined thread designer. nevertheless great work.

Loved your design, but i think you need to work with new fonts, but overall, loved it!
