is Tik Tok ruining some music.... or is it just me after some people post some Tik Toks normies flood to the artist is it healthy for the artist, what do you think?

Healthy for the artist I'm sure. Any exposure is good exposure.

It's healthy for the artist some people just can't deal with the music they like being listened to by as you say 'normies' despite it absolutely benefiting the artist

I think that TikTok hurts the song because it will get overplayed depending on how popular it was, but it will be good for the artist if they release other songs.

I don`t accept this tiktok as a service, but i am glad that daily new services are being launched to break that facebook-google monopoly. Hope it will continue like this.

I think Vine can be credited for essentially starting and popularizing the trend of short videos as independent pieces of content. Of course YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc all existed before Vine, but Vine was really the tipping point for short videos (< 6s) to take off as a large and serious format in which people made content.
