I think that TikTok hurts the song because it will get overplayed depending on how popular it was, but it will be good for the artist if they release other songs.

I don`t accept this tiktok as a service, but i am glad that daily new services are being launched to break that facebook-google monopoly. Hope it will continue like this.

tiktok it's the kind of application that help making video and maybe with some music background

I think Vine can be credited for essentially starting and popularizing the trend of short videos as independent pieces of content. Of course YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc all existed before Vine, but Vine was really the tipping point for short videos (< 6s) to take off as a large and serious format in which people made content.

TikTok is not ruining some music but also YouTube with some awkward clips
