To be simple and precise, train your aim. And look at the strategic point on the maps for well placed pomegranates, spots ect but especially the aims Smile

Personally, my biggest tips for you:
A). Practice. Practice will give you a full feel of playing the game and will help you learn through experience as well as trial & error.
B). Look up some videos on YouTube. Videos such as good smoke spots, flash areas, etc.
C). There is a video somewhere on YouTube for adjusting your sensitivity to the best setting for you. Having a comfortable sensitive is a huge factor in your gameplay and could make a difference between a win and a loss.

Watch some streamers and see how they play. I used to watch Shroud before he became famous. It helped my Skills out a lot. Also play around with your view model settings and mouse sensitivity.

I recommend you to play on casual servers before you go playing oncompetitive matchesand you can download some community maps like aimbotz to practice your aim and learn some stuff about cfg and make your own custom cfg to you feel comfortable playing with your own style of aim, viewmodel, binds, etc.

You need a good headphones. Hearing enemies is key for win.

Try do develop a daily routine like:
Playing on a aim training map and doing like 300 kills with an ak and with an m4, practicing some flicks etc. then going on a ffa dm server to play against real ppl and stuff like that. it really helps you getting better at the game
