Tips for Cinema Server Hosting

Me and another person want to host a Garry's Mod Cinema server with useful plugins and useful addons. We plan to use maps made by ourselves and use whatever we can to help improve it for future use, we don't have alot of money so we're searching for a good server rental service to assist us with our main goal. We thought about using NFO but they aren't as affordable as we thought as we want to host maybe 30-40 slots until we can somehow pay for more. Any tips?
