Tips for low ranks?

never press tab and look at your kills or the scoreboard at all, it would mess with your head and changes how you play

i think u should go polygon and train aim so much

Don't crunch, learn how to aim with no right click but also learn when to use right click. When you start a game use 1-2 first rounds to get to know your team and enemy team and i don't mean what their irl name is or country but how they play. Eyes on the bomb always don't go do anything extra if you don't have to.

Try using aim lab & the range as much as you can and spam death matches before ranked games

just play the game more and watch pro players

best tip would be learning controlling recoil in small bursts of 3-5 bullets

Here are some of my favorite tips that helped me improve:
1.
Dont stress yourself too much, progress comes over time
2.
Use an Aimtrainer like AimLabs to train your flick aim, straving and decision making as well as recoil control
3.
Unbind crouch and learn how to play without crouching. Especially helps, when you crouch during every aim battle since crouching takes too much time and reduces the chances to hit ur shot
4.
Watch pro-players and learn their ways of playing; try replicating their techniques
5.
Try to focus on one or two agents only and learn their abilities by hard. If you play someone like Viper also learn lineups or someone like Raze learn how to enter sites properly with ur blast packs etc.
6.
Play, play and play. Training is what it takes to become a master
