These are nice. Never really liked blood and gore though since it always seemed laggy.

On my opinion, it isn't realistic addons, it's just addons for graphic.
My top of realistic addons:
1. Realistic Damage System
2. VCMOD or NovaCars
3. Bleeding effect
4. FA:S 2.0
5. Meth cooking addon

Gmod Legs is pretty nice, I use it for Darkrp and I recommend using it
