For those who might read this going forward: these posts by various people claiming to be banned recently only began after a certain individual did a live stream on twitch using this program with it displayed on his screen. All of a sudden multiple people started posting claims that they got banned or suspended.
Personally I live by facts not fear. I do not believe in coincidence, only choices and consequence. The consequence of my choice to use this program so far has been to gather massive amounts of materials rapidly, kill npc ships with impunity and fly comfortably and quickly to my destinations of choice.


don't use the program in open play or private instances
Don't group with people or talk about using the program with other players.
Don't do excessively obvious things while using the program
Don't use the program for pvp or to get revenge on that ganker you're mad at
Don't use the program for power play events
don't make excessively long jumps repetitively or in a ship not designed to make such long jumps normally
don't make ship builds that would otherwise not function to exceed a ships capacity
don't exploit features to earn currency (arx) faster
this will insure that if you do get checked, things look nominal, normal.

Use it like a tool, when you need it.
You want to park outside of a base and scan every ship and wake signal for hours, do it
you want to attack pirates and gather mats without getting blown to bits and losing half the mats to a timer, do it
you want to fly to some star and explore a random part of the galaxy, do it

i actually leave interdiction on and freeze ai just so i can hear them whine for help and say they were jumped by pirates
