Yeah Coinbase is good. If you need to get altcoins, can do so with Binance and Kucoin but you can only pay with BTC.

i use coinmarket, there are hundreds of sellers there.

I'd personally recommend using localbitcoins, I use them for all of my exchanges

Coinmama is a good place to buy bitcoins with credit/debit cards. Requires ID verification though.

I use Coinbase. No issues with them and they are very secure.

Bitcoin is not reliable How do you expect such a thing?
