Twitch or youtube ?

Yep, YouTube is the easy pick. : )

You can't even start twitch without being remotely popular on other platforms. Twitch algorithm doesn't recommend small content creators while YouTube does allowing for more variety of content.

Both of them are good, however I would prefer YouTube as I grew up with it.

I prefer Youtube since I don't get time to watch someone stream for several hours.

i only watch 1 streamer on twitch so i would say youtube
