I perfer Youtube, Less stress since you can cut out screw ups.

Youtube, I can watch whatever I want whenever I want. I can pause a video and continue later

Twitch is better for streams in general. Youtube has a terrible interface for streamers. However, Youtube obviously still reigns supreme in the category of videos.
