Definitely youtube. There's so much to watch and the videos are quick and to the point. You know what you're gonna get with youtube. Twitch really depends on the person you're watching and how entertaining their personality is. Youtube has way more variety regarding content.

I used to be big on twitch but at this point it's all youtube for me, it's more convenient and at this point entire vods are often uploaded.
