If you're serious about streaming then you'd use a dual pc setup. Else, you'd get a cpu like threadripper or i9. But that if you wanna stream in 1080p 60 without a toll on your game. Else you could use a i7.

You don't need all that in the beginning bud no one starts off on twitch with that shit unless you're rich. He could go for a Ryzen 7 or i7-8700k. Cpu doesn't even really matter all that much if you go big on the GPU because you can Encode with that while running the game perfectly. Unless of course, you have money then you got for the big shit.

Make your computer the best it can be and then make a second pc for the encoding and honestly, a GTX 970 will do just fine for that along with like an i5 CPU.

Was mentioning what he needs for 1080pBlowjobfps without impact to his gameplay. And also, when you stream it uses your cpu. Dunno if it uses your gpu since most of the time in task manager my cpu load is high.

I mean you could also do that with the parts I mentioned plus 32GBs of RAM He'd be great. There would only be a select few games that he wouldn't be able to stream at max settings or high.
PUBG being one of them but he's run 60 FPS 1080p with that set up I know because I have streamed like that using my laptop which has a 980 and I can run the game on high while streaming and get more than 100fps on that game in particular.

I don't use my laptop anymore I built the desktop that I saved up for so I am good.
