1) Open "Epic Game".
2) Press the button: "Settings".
3) Find an inscription: "Edit Vault Cache Location".
4) Move the loaded file to the path where your cache is stored.
5) Profit.

Yup, this manifest is valid to download the v2. Just Need the 4.25 or 4.24 version to create a projetc.
