I tired it with 4.24 and have it working. There will be an error with the car that is solved by checking the vehicle collision checkbox.
The UI will be broken. It's another minor error related to deprecated function in the blueprints. Just follow the error and replace that function.
would be great if someone had v3.1 to upload
