2) Press the button: "Settings".
3) Find an inscription: "Edit Vault Cache Location".
4) Move the loaded file to the path where your cache is stored.
5) Profit.

Yes it is. The actual data files aren't in the .zip. It contains only a single 16KB manifest file.
EDIT: Nevermind, I tried out what you said and it actually worked. It allowed me to download the files from Epic's server by just adding the manifest file. That's crazy! I've never seen that before. Sorry I doubted you. Can your account get banned for this though?
