Thanks for the pack! In regard to my question:
I've read all the replies on this thread, and ask the question because I downloaded 'V7' from an earlier post.
It's missing some of the features towards Volumetric Cloud (Color Mode, and Vol.Cloud rendering mode, specifically)

I want to drape this as an atmosphere over my Cesium level (planet scale). Doesn't seem to work for me, as the skydome doesn't work as a dome for space.... Help appreciated !

Still works as of today, the best sky system in UE imo and it's easy as fuck to customize and implement, literally drag and drop. Weather system is decent too, an absolute gem that is already good from the get-go, must have. Thanks OP.
