There are no executables whatsoever in it so good try to badmouth the best resource. If you knew how UE assets work, you'd know it is .umap and .uasset files so cannot have trojans.

The files are completely checked and again, if NO executables or DLL's, and NO other chrome alerts for anyone else, then configure your system properly maybe.... Nor AVG, nor Eset gave any warnings, even on the second picture you sent, every single software found it clean on the list BUT some noname random small one. Hello? :-D Use common sense jesus...

What are you talking about? I've literally downloaded it weeks ago and no issues whatsoever.
As a CG artist you should be aware that antiviruses are demented 90% of the case when it comes to downloading 3rd party content.
